  • I had a question about one of the plugin features and send an email to support. I was clear that I didn’t expect free help — I just wanted to know if upgrading to the Pro version would solve the issue I was having because if so, I’d happily pay for the upgrade. Sent multiple emails and never got a response. Based on the other recent reviews and lack of responses to support requests here, I’m glad I didn’t make the purchase.
