No, and it’s beginning to worry me. Josh has always been good about answering e-mails. I sent a couple of tickets about a problem that popped up with the last WP update, and now I can’t get into the help site.

Hey guys. Sorry. I know things are in dis-array right now. Rest assured; it is being fixed. I’m in the process of switching hosting companies; and there is going to be a little more downtime.
I will be working all night tonight to get the contact form working again. Someone was spamming my contact page; causing literally hundreds of emails an hour. Unfortunately; I think I’m going to have to add captcha back to the contact form.
Please follow up with me here tomorrow; if I have not replied with satisfactory results.
Good morning Josh. Got a little worried as I’ve been trying to get in touch with you because I can’t log into my account on your website, it says that my account is inactive. I tried sending an email to contact@wpeditpro.com but got no response back.

Good morning 🙂
Yes, that is an invalid email address. I’m so sorry for being a little vague here; but I have to be careful not to support premium plugins on this channel.
I do have the contact form up and working again. Please give that another chance; and I’ll respond back asap. Thank you.
I completely understand Josh. I used your contact form yesterday and submitted a request and have yet to receive a response back. I am merely trying to get my plugin active again.

Completely understood. Once I get this sorted out; I’ll provide you with a couple free license extensions. I sincerely appreciate your understanding.
I had another 7,000 emails come through once I re-enabled. I’m deleting all the spam emails; and trying to get to the important ones. Please, if I have not replied today, send another message and it’ll go to the top of the list.
Just sent you another email from the site Josh.

Hello again; I cannot apologize enough. I will make it up to you once this is sorted.
Okay, I’ve alleviated my server from the 14,000+ emails. I’ve updated my contact form; and prevented any further spamming.
Now I have no idea which email was yours. I just tried looking through my list; but I still have around 300 valid emails which I need to respond.
So… will you please send me one more email using the contact form on the site? This time; I can assure you it will reach me.
Thank you so much!

Did we get you squared away? I’ve been responding to all support requests… but I wasn’t able to determine which one was you.
The only thing remaining is that my account on WPEditpro.com is still inactive and I can not log in.
And thank you for working this issue and getting everything resolved.
As I said previously, I can not log into WPEditpro.com to enter a support ticket as the site says that my account is inactive.
I am unable to get WPEdit pro working on my site.

You do not need the account on the website to use the plugin. I’m currently rebuilding how support and everything are handled.
Please send me another email with an explanation of what is not working properly. Apologies, I know, another email.
By the way, can you divulge the name used on your emails? I remember keeping an eye for yours; but never knew specifically which one was you.
