No respect of the users very bad support

I post here because I try for three days to be heard by the support service.
Here is my situation: I downloaded the free version of the WordPress Photo gallery plugin to test it then I bought it on May 13, 2018 directly with the WD Manager plugin. During this purchase I was never asked to create a customer account.So I went into PAID mode: perfect. I now need to install it on a customer’s site but impossible because it is not attached to any account. I created an account but could not attach my purchase to this new account and therefore use Photo Gallery (mode develop $ 60) on my other sites.
I contacted several times the support that created me another account without giving me any clarification, no advice to resolve the situation.My client requires me to make changes to the images on his site:
I CAN’T DO ANYTHING. I CAN’T WORK, I AM BLOCKED.
I give proof of my honesty with a copy of my invoice and a copy of my pro bank account with the PayPal payment number and the sum in euros 52.01 € -> 60 $
Nothing, no reaction I sent several mails to the service payment, support and contact but for at least 3 days no one takes into account my situation.I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUGIN CAR, IN CASE OF PROBLEM, YOU CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE HELP OF THEIR PART
