No resources loading after trial expired (or $0 balance).

I’ve switched to bunnyCDN recently and ran on 14-day trial. All went smoothly until today when I opened our website and saw that no resources were loaded which rendered the website pretty useless (index html structure only). Suspecting it has something to do with the CDN, I did disable the bunnyCDN plugin using FTP and all returned to normal.

So, the trial has expired. I would expect in that case that bunnyCDN would simply switch off and allow the resources be loaded from its usual locations. But that didn’t happen. Or did I miss something?
