# No reports

 * Initially downloaded free version; everything worked
    fine. Decided to upgrade(
   deactivated & deleted free version); successfully installed & authenticated. 
   But there are no reports – nothing. Just blanks in the areas where the data should
   be. Re-authenticated. Still nothing. Waited a day to see if things would need
   to populate. Nothing. Please advise.

 * Thanks for reporting this issue!
 * This could be a conflict with another plugin installed to your website. Could
   you please deactivate them all except Google Analytics and test?
 * Afterwards activate the plugins one by one and check when the problem occurs.
   The last activated plugin, after which the problem will be seen, is the cause
   of this conflict.
