    I have opened a support ticket on fryday the 17 July as an premuim product holder and have not had any feed back on my problem.

    Here is the content of my support ticket.

    Hi There, first of i want to say what a wonderful product! at last a catalogue that work!

    the problem I have is that when we setup the catalogue we made the settings that it should show 5 images in a row, but only 3 is showing in a row. On the free version this was working well how ever on the paid version it is showing only 3.

    I am going to give access to the backend because we have a “coming soon ” page and you will not be able to view the site.

    The usernames and password has just been removed for the public forum
    We need urgent assistance as the client want to go live.

    Hi Herman, checked it and our support system (Helpscout) shows a staff member replied to you within a few hours of receiving your ticket. I have replied again this morning copying you the response as obviously you did not receive it the first time. Sorry for any confusion, and thanks for your patience.
