  • HI.

    I have written to you several times now, including on Faceboook, and I ask why you are not replying.

    I was hoping to use woo booster to add a percentage of the purchase price to certain products if the customer wanted it made in different material wehn they order. I paid for pro. Turns out booster is unable to do this (yet, you said. SO iasked when it will be added because if it’s not soon, i have paid for a plugin that is useless to me and I will need a refund. But no-one is replying.

    Could you share your ticket number? Usually when we add someone’s request to our todo list the ticket gets transferred to our development team, maybe it got lost.

    Currently you can set up product addons with fixed price (not percentage) or checkout fees (fixed or percentage) if some products are in cart but this fee is calculated using total cart amount.

    After the below exchange, I asked when you were hoping to get it done. I have had no reply since, and have asked again and in other places. This is the first i have heard from you for 2 weeks – did you not receive my emails?

    I thought I would be able to use booster for this, but have purchased and cannot find out how to do it.

    I have a new material I would like to offer my product in. Each product selected to be made in this material will need to have 5% of the price of the original materials added to the original price if the customer selects to order in the new material.

    Is this possible somehow?

    Our ticketing system groups all emails about the same issue to one ticket so all your emails went there. I see that someone else from our team is now in touch with you. If in the future you have any other requests please send a new email with a new title (not a response to other tickets) so we could see it and respond quicker.
