no reply emails?

    no response

    I have un-installed the plugin now anyway as it was taking away any email contacts I could have made…

    I just don’t understand why you would have access to my contacts and I don’t????

    We are sorry about the late response.

    Any time a client contacts you, you receive an automatic email notification from “no-replay@vcita.com”
    your client’s email address can be found on your vCita “inbox” view, in each engagement.
    To quickly replay to your client, you can click the “Replay” button on the email notification.

    Please note that all contact are still available to you- in your vCita account.
