We have been using YARPP on this site for over 5 years without issue. In the last 3 days or so, all of the posts are no longer showing any related posts. I don’t see any php or javascript errors in the console. We have over 16K posts on the site at this point.

Let me know what you need to debug this problem. I’m seeing the CSS in the header, but nothing in the body after the post at all.

Hi @viwickam

Our last update was released on 2-June. Would you know which version you were running prior to the last update – have you generally kept up to date with releases?

The quickest would be if we can access the admin to troubleshoot. If that is possible – jay at yarpp dot com

Resolved via email!

The reason why YARPP was not showing on a single post (but was on other posts) was that the per-post option to whether to display YARPP or not was toggled off for this post by mistake. Toggling it back on resolved the issue and YARPP is now displaying on this page!

That seems to have done the trick. I don’t know how they all got turned off, but I’m glad that they are working now. Thanks for your help!
