  • Documents are database tagged, and this is not our need. We requested a refund 3 days after testing, and didn’t get any answer. Support is not working at all…

    Hello, we responded to your ticket but didn’t get any information back like why you wanted a refund or what your license key is. Usually when a refund request comes along we try to find out how we can help fix it and see if we already have a solution in place to help you. But that the very minimum we need your license key or payment ID so we can look up your account. Thanks, please reconsider the 1 star.

    Sorry but we had a discussion on the ticket about the problem… We said that we weere looking for a folder name solution and not a database. You had the registration key and all informations, but did not refund till 1 month now… But let’s try again…

    I’ve just send a reply now with the purchase receipt.
