    hello, i have the version 4.8.1 and the stats does not refresh automatically every 60 sec. I do not know why, help me please, I have to redo myself by the top button

    Are you serious? What is dog piling? I have been active in that thread since it opened, as I have the same problem with Access Log not being refreshed or stops refreshing. Are you kidding me with this? Just view the posts and tell me that I have done something wrong. I promise, you can’t.

    And to say I offered credentials, is just a lie. I have not offered any credentials in these forums. Someone obviously is misusing his power as moderator. Can’t understand how you can tolerate this!

    Jumping into someone else’s thread with a “I have the same problem” while the developer is trying to work with the original poster. Not all problems are the same, which is why we encourage people to open their own threads.

    Just view the posts and tell me that I have done something wrong. I promise, you can’t.

    And to say I offered credentials, is just a lie.

    You did say “Please respond with you email and I will send temporary credentials to help narrow down this issue.”

    So, no it’s not a lie.

    So if the same widget is broken and we both have the same problem, we should open different threads? That is what you are saying. So spamming the forum with 50 threads about the same thing, that is how you want the forum to work?

    Can you even describe dog pilling, as I said I don’t even know what that means?

    English isn’t my main language, so that must have been mistyped as I meant “Please respond to my email and I will send temporary credentials”.
    I had opened a support ticket on the developers site and I just wanted to confirm in the thread that we would continue through that channel. It wasn’t an offer neither intended to break the rules, as I know you shouldn’t request or offer credentials.

    But as you moderators doesn’t seem to want to communicate with the users, it is hard to answer to your allegations.

    You mentioned an offer of login credentials on the public forum, and that is not allowed.

    It doesn’t matter if it was being done via email, it was offered here on the public forum, and that is not allowed.

    Okay, I know that now. Didn’t know that then, as nobody said even mentioning the word “credentials” was forbidden.

    But what about this:

    Do obide the rules I need to know your policy about this. So you say I should always open new threads? So you will not remove them due to spamming with multiple threads about the same issue? Seems like you are aiming to get me one way or another… So just want to confirm which directions that is right when having problems with plugins.

    If you have a problem, we encourage you to open your own thread. We can’t always enforce that, but it is encouraged.

    Okay, thanks. Then I will always do that from now on, and open new threads even if there are several with same issue. Thanks for clarification.
