Well, it was set for members to be redirected all this time as I said earlier in this post! But what was also set up was the widget for members to log on as well. That had stayed the same since the first day and throughout the move to https. However, when setting s2member up the first day, s2member recommends we all click “yes” (Always Redirect non-Administrative Users (after login) using HTTP). Everything worked until that update and poof.
So yesterday, I left that at Yes and when I was toying with a special url for redirection and installed the url for my members page I noticed that when I logged on, I received a 404 error but then I could click back out of that and there I was, on my members page where I was supposed to be! So I changed the MOP Vars to NO and well, it works great now!
The really strange part for me is why would that (selecting yes) have worked all this time and then stop. And clicking NO solved everything??? Makes no sense to me but I could really care less.

Because you have changed your site to be entirely SSL! So re-directing to non-SSL makes no sense.
I’m having the same problem since updating today. Old logins seem to work, but anyone creating a new account today gets fwd’d to a wp-admin page even though they are supposed to redirect and restricted from seeing wp-admin.
@misyswebguy,
Unless you have just changed your site to https://, this isn’t the same problem at all.
You need to start a new thread and explain your issue there. That way, you stand much more chance of getting some help.
Have you checked to ensure in s2m dashboard/general options/member profile modifications that the 1st option (top) selection is checked “yes” (redirect away after logging in) ???
