No Redirect to payment gateway

    Hi, i am using voguepay on my site, i created a business account and before i verified the account the integration was working fine (that is it redirects me to the gateway to make the payment), but after verifying the account yesterday, when i place an order it take me to a page and displays this “Thank you – your order is now pending payment. You should be automatically redirected to the gateway to make payment” but does not redirect to the gateway. have tried so many time but it still doesn’t work. my URL is : http://jemang.com/

    Hi,

    So sorry with the issue you are experiencing using the plugin.
    I just tried making a test transaction on your site.
    It seems the problem is being caused by the WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife plugin, it is throwing some javascript error which is preventing the automatic forwarding to the gateway to break, pls try deactivating that plugin and see if you are redirected to the gateway.

    Please let me know how it goes.

    Hi I did deactivate the WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife but it still doesn’t redirect……?

    Pls can you deactivate all plugin except Woocommerce and the Voguepay plugin and try again.
    If possible set WP_DEBUG to true on the site.

    I have disabled every plugin and set WP_DEBUG to true but the end result is still the same. At this moment i am completely lost

    Can you switch to any of the default wordpress theme like twentythirteen, twentyfourteen or twentyfifteen and see if the problem still persists.
    Guess the problem will be from the theme you are using.

    An update was just released to the Voguepay WooCoommerce payment gateway plugin to fix the error you were getting.
    Kindly update to this version 3.2.0 from you site WordPress admin.
