    Hi there,

    When testing the Stripe checkout with the test card and codes everything works fine however, when I swapped to the live version with my card (swapped all the codes around) the site doesn’t redirect to order complete page or send a confirmation Email? But the confusing thing is the money is sent to the stripe account?

    When testing with paypal (live) the confirmation email and redirects work.

    I would post the log file however it has my personal information on it etc but cannot see an error in there?

    Hi there!

    Your site does not appear to have an SSL certificate, which is required for Stripe to work. Without this, you will not be able to checkout.

    Please add an SSL certificate to your site (your host can provide) and let us know if you have any other problems.

    We do have a secure certificate by Go Daddy:

    Issued by: Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority – G2

    However does this need to be upgraded further for it to become an SSL certificate?

    Yes. You’ll need to check with GoDaddy. When I view your page in the browser, I do not see secure with a lock like I should. This is what I see: https://cld.wthms.co/uDI42z

    Ok – I’ll talk to them today and hopefully get this resolved!

    However why does the money get sent to our stripe account but the redirect gets blocked and no confirmation Email?

    Once you talk to GoDaddy and get your SSL resolved, if you still are having issues, Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
