No redirect after countdown

    Dear WP Intelly,

    We started setting up a page using your plugin. The idea is great and we’re really hoping to use this, but we are experiencing some issues.

    The first time I view the page (https://ludens-coaching.be/e-book-tips-bedankt/), I see the timer and all goes as planned. The countdown happens and afterwards a redirect occurs as planned. However, after some time (about 30 min), I went back to the page and would expect an automatic redirect. This does not happen. Instead, I see the page without the timer and no redirect (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/10cb758).

    I have tried tracking via both cookie and IP address. Current setting is via IP address.

    Could you be so kind to provide us with a reply on how to resolve this?
