No Redeem Box in cart or checkout

    Hi,

    Using the PayPal gift certificate plug-in. No redemption field appears in the cart or checkout.

    I’ve loaded the plug-in successfully. The shortcode works like a charm. I was able to purchase a gift card, the recipient received the PayPal email with the code and clicked the shop link back to our online store.

    We are using PayPal Pro as a payment method. Everything working smoothly. BUT there is no field to enter the gift card redemption code. I’ve searched and cannot find a solution for this anywhere in the forum or on The Google. Please help!

    Hi seenrobinson,

    The redeem field should appear in the PayPal checkout, not on your site.

    PayPal is slowly moving away from Gift Certificates, so I will need to close this plugin soon.
