    Didn’t get an invoice for the charged amount.

    Our sincerest apologies for the trouble you’re having getting a hold of us. I just checked out support desk for any ticket with your username or website link within it and it does not seem like we received your ticket.

    I suspect our support desk may have flagged your message by mistake. To get in touch with you, I have reached out on your website (found on your WP.org profile), to exchange my direct email address.

    Please take a look at your contact form submission and you should see a message from me. Once we get connected, I can get your invoice back to you as soon as possible.

    Just a quick follow up to let you know that after I reached out, I also found your email address on our system and have emailed your invoice over to you.

    Please check your emails an look for my name, the email will come from me directly, to avoid any issues with our support desk.
