no rates displaying

hi,
I am using the multi currency rate plugin as 90% of my sales are in USA and the other 10% is in Canada.

So I set to shipping zones Canada ( uses canadapost plugin – purchased)
and set a zone for USA to use your UPS plugin.

My account appears ro be connected fine as shown here : https://ibb.co/NYzNFr9
However with debug mode on I still do not see any UPS rates for USA or error messages.
Only Canada post rates are showing up even for USA.

Any ideas how I can debug this to get it working ?

btw I tried disabling the currency convertor and all I got when trying to ship was the error message

No shipping options were found for CA 90210, United States (US).

All this is being tested on my staging site not my live site at:

Please send the screenshot from the shipping method for the US, not the UPS settings page.

ok it worked when I disabled currency p[plugin.
Soon as I enabled it went back to no shipping methods available

The reason for your problem is that you need to use a proper currency in your shop that is assigned to your UPS account.

For example:
– if you use a Canadian UPS account and you’ve added to the WooCommerce setting the Canadian address of your shop and the CAD currency as the main currency in the WOOCS plugin: http://wpdesk.me/mp/VhkEwsEwnn.png, you can only offer CAD in your shop.

The multicurrency is supported in the PRO version of our plugin: http://wpdesk.me/mp/rmBzGthQNt.png
Thereby you will be able to offer your clients many currencies and also use additional features, like Automatic box packing for multiple products.
