    This is because both Query Monitor and HyperDB use a wp-content/db.php file. This is a limitation of WordPress core and there’s currently no way that this can be resolved. Sorry!

    I’ve actually found a way around this specific problem with HyperDB. Hopefully I’ll ship it in the next version of Query Monitor.
