I’ve installed the plugin, and the WP-login screen now shows the Trusona option. When I click on it, I get the Trusona page, but no QR Code to scan.

If I log in on my mobile, I can log in with Trusona without a problem, so at least part of the system is working. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

    My tablet also doesn’t work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

Thank you for providing your login URL. When I selected the #NoPasswords Login button on your login page I was taken to the Trusona gateway with the TruCode. This leads me to believe that the issue may be with your browser. Please try another browser. We recommend Chrome.

What browser and browser version are you using? I ask so we can do internal testing.

Regarding your tablet, if you haven’t done so already, please download the Trusona app on your tablet and register with the same email address you use with your WordPress site. When authenticating on a Smartphone or a tablet there is no TruCode. Instead Trusona uses a process called deep linking which takes you to the Trusona app to authenticate and then takes you back to your site in a logged in state.
