    Hi,

    I have several subscribers that have purchased products on our site. However, no purchase information has ever been sent. Convert Kit doesn’t recognise any of the products on the site. If I try and set up an automation, and choose “purchase” I am given a “select an integration” option, that says “no results found”, then “select a product” and it says “any product” (I have no option to select anything else).

    I spoke to the chat team at CK and they told me that CK doesn’t receive Woocommerce data, but my understanding is that that is the exact purpose of this plugin. Am I wrong about that?

    Please open a new ticket at https://convertkit.com/support/
    by pressing “Open a Ticket” or use an already open ticket.
    Ask that the ticket be directed to the WordPress plugin developer.

    Hi Daniel,

    Sorry about the delay in this follow-up. I have updated my previous ticket with convertkit support to ask them to pass the question on to you.

    For your reference though, the CK support team believe this functionality does not work. This is what they told me on Dec 12th.

    “Unfortunately, there are no updates on WooCommerce. Currently only these integrations have the purchase history feature: Shopify, Squarespace Commerce, Stripe and Gumroad.”

    I had the exact same message the previous time I’d asked, back in July
