# no products

 * hi,
    first time setting up a store, using the e-Commerce plugin, and i don’t 
   see any products at the products page when i use my own theme. i do see them 
   when i use the preinstalled themes like twenty eleven.
 * what could be missing in my theme when i can display posts and pages and
    menus
   normally but not something from a plugin?

 * I am having the same problem. It was fine yesterday, but now it says “Sorry, 
   no posts matched your criteria.” Even though all my products are still there.

 * now i’m able to see individual products, but still get no products in the products-
   page regardless of the theme.
 * moving the ecommerce theme files didn’t help.

 * Hi 95paul, you’ll need to clarify what Theme you are using and confirm that it
   is compatible with WP e-Commerce 3.8.9 and above.
 * Themes built for Jigoshop, Shopp and WooCommerce are not compatible with other
   e-Commerce platforms unless they explicitly express so. Contact the developer
   of your Theme.
