Please check settings about stock and price of your variations. Many people forgot to config the price and stock (when they enabled stock management).
Stock management not enabled here, lots of people are experiencing this issue after WooCommerce 3.0 update I believe

I have the same problem. It is not related to stock and price variations. This plugin needs to prevent the user from selecting a color if it is not available (for example, crossing out the non-available color and preventing any pointer events such as clicks or hover effects).
ThemeAlien, please look into this. This is nearly a perfect plugin!
I’m having the same issue in my site, so I’ve stopped using the plugin, as it’s something that can disturb the users.
Please, try to fix it, I really would like to use the features this plugin offers.

I have set up the stock and pricing in the Variable product settings and it works perfectly when I use the regular dropdown which woocommerce provides. I would really love it if I could implement your plugin.

At work we sell things like kayaks on our website using woocommerce. We have this plugin installed to have it so the user doesnt have to go through all the drop downs that come related to the boats, as we have like 4 for each.
What i need is for customer to be able to click the colour they want and then it show them which size it is avaliable in. There may be a different way i need to set up my variations but i dont know.
My boss wants it so that they dont have to go through every variation possible to see whether they are out of stock.

I’ve ended using another plugin to do so. I’m not going to give names in this thread, as I consider that’d be impolite.
