    Hello there,

    We had been using your plugin in a website for some time without problems. Then, in August, we did an update – updating WordPress, WooCommerce and the plugin, and since then all products appear to be in no category (not set). Everything else is working fine.
    We are not using a child theme.

    Could you please let us know if you have any idea what the problem might be?

    We did a quick look of your store & found that our plugin is working well on your store. Product categories tracked successfully.

    Additionally, we found some other analytics plugin is activated on your store which is also tracking Enhanced Ecommerce data from the store.

    We suggest you to use only one plugin at a time. You can also contact us directly at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com regarding the same.

    Thank you very much for looking into this. We’ll try to locate what other code is tracking Enhanced Ecommerce data and see whether that is the cause of the issue.
