    Using the show categories shortcode works for some categories but not others. All are parent categories. On one page, the shortcode [jigoshop_category slug=”eyes” per_page=”8″ columns=”4″ pagination=”yes”] shows all of the products in eyes category on the front end, http://esthetics.carolineproducts.com/osmosis/eyes/. On another page, [jigoshop_category slug=”conditionertoner” per_page=”8″ columns=”4″ pagination=”yes”] shows “No products found which match your selection.” on the front end, http://esthetics.carolineproducts.com/osmosis/conditionertoner/. This happens for other categories as well. There are two products in that category.

    I switched to Simply Jigoshop, same result. Permalinks are set to Post Name – when I select Custom Structure, it reverts to Post name.

    I have disabled all plugins, but no joy.

    I have tried using the Show Product and Show Selected Product shortcode, but with same results (No products found…)

    I am using the Avada theme. I have cleared my cache and tried another browser – no joy.

    Help please!
