    Hi,

    I’ve imported the last items from Amazon and a lot of them are showing as they are £0.00 in price.

    I have checked one of the listings on Amazon and the price is correct.

    Any ideas what could be the cause of that?

    Are these FBA listings you are importing? If yes, then you need to process an FBA inventory report now in order for stock/price to show in WP-Lister. You can read more about this in our documentation here: Import from Amazon – specifically:

    Note: If you import FBA items your imported products and listings will show as out of stock until an FBA Inventory Report is processed. Visit the Reports page and click “Process Report” on the most recent FBA Amazon Fulfilled Inventory Report to do so after the import process is completed. See how FBA inventory is managed by WP-Lister for more details.

    Hi John,

    They’re not FBA listings, I haven’t had that problem before the last import.

    That’s why I thought I would ask as it’s very unusual for this to happen.

    When you view the merchant listings report on the “Reports” page of WP-Lister, do you see prices in the report? If not, you’d have to reach out to Amazon seller support and ask them why prices are missing, as they are the party responsible for generating that report.

    If you import using the ASIN method, then that would be why you are experiencing this issue – because the ASIN import method cannot import prices.

    If you are importing using the inventory report method, have you tried creating a new merchant listings report on the bottom of the “Reports” page in WP-Lister and then browse to the “Import” page to view the report and process it again?

    Lastly, if you are using the inventory report method, prices are in the merchant listings report, and you have the “Update prices” setting enabled on the “Imports” page of WP-Lister, yet you still don’t see prices in the imported products in WC, I would ask you to open a support ticket about this here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ and provide a link to this forum post so we can further help.

    Thank you for your answer John, let me check those and if I can’t figure it out I’ll open a ticket following the link

    I’ve opened a support ticket as everything checked fine but prices were still incorrect.
