  • Not nearly as customisable as suggested. And you don’t have a way to verify that the customisation you need will be available in full version, until you buy it. After which you can’t get a refund. And no response to messages asking for support.

    Much, much better experience, and unbelievable support, from dfactory.eu (Responsive Lightbox), except it meant I had to pay for a second plugin.

    Please be kindly informed that all Pro options of the plugin are visible in the admin page of the plugin, they are described in the user manuals, descriptions and videos.
    Besides, our support team is always ready and happy to answer any question you have and test any option you would like to check.
