If there aren’t any eligible posts, I get the below message (which makes sense) but from then on it stops working, even if there are new posts that become eligible later.

“No posts are available to share for your account. Try activating the Share more than once option or changing the minimum and maximum post age setting to widen the pool of available posts”.

    Hi @mrretail,

Please share the screenshot of your General Settings and Post Format tab on the Revive Old Posts Dashboard so we can take a closer look.

    Hello again,

I have added the screenshots to a private post on the site, please go here to see them https://airconditionercleaningsunshinecoast.smallbusinesspromoter.com.au/revive-old-posts-issue/

Simply scroll down the post to see each screenshot, including 2 current posts that did not get shared even though they are eligible.

Note: all posts on the site have excerpts.

    Thank you, Bryan

    Hi @mrretail,

We apologize for the delay here.

I checked your page provided and it gives 404 error now, maybe the page was deleted or expired somehow? Thanks!

    Hi @bvytis,

My fault, sorry, I had published that post as private. It is now public.

    Cheers.

    Hi @mrretail,

Thanks, the link is now accessible. I can see that you have set the Minimum Post Age to 360 and the Maximum Post Age is set to 365 by default. This would mean that only posts ages between 360 to 365 days will be included in sharing. If that is not met, then you will get the “No posts are available,..” error.

If you would like to include all posts, even newly created ones, you can set the Minimum Post Age to 0 the restart the sharing.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Hi @purplecodes, that setting was deliberate, as I only want posts that are close to a year old to be shared.

I think I may have since figured out the issue though. I recently installed this plugin to use with a different client than this one and on a different installation of WordPress. Whilst doing so, it showed other pages that I also manage for other clients. I made the mistake of only ticking the page that I wanted to use for that specific client and left the rest unticked, including for this client. I thought I had to select only one for each client.

I think my browser is remembering this choice regardless of which WordPress installation I visit, so it no longer thought I wanted to post to this client’s Facebook page.

Anyway, I disconnected my Facebook account and reconnected whilst ticking all pages I want to be able to post to. Then, on the WordPress installation that matches each client, I then chose which page I want it to go to. Seems to be working again.

    Hope this makes sense.

    Thanks for your help,

    Bryan
