    Today a payment came through, which the customer entered in the Advanced Credit Card form on the checkout page, and no address was passed through. In paypal, it had no name, and said “we have no postal address on file”. It seems like this plugin might be having issues with the newest version of woocommerce possibly? I’ve never seen this happen before.

    Hi @wooq123,

    This message usually appears in the PayPal order when the order only contains products marked as virtual. In that case, there will be no shipping and no address sent to PayPal.

    The integration is always tested with the latest WooCommerce version and we are not aware of any issues with the latest WooCommerce version, or a general issue with shipping details being dropped.
    Does the order contain regular, non-virtual products? Can you reproduce the behavior if you try to create the same order with a sandbox account? We are not seeing how these details would be dropped otherwise.
