no possibility to Publish the calendar

Hello,

we use the free version of your plugin,

the problem we have is that we are not able to publish our calendar with your plugin.

I tried to publish it like it is shown here:

BUT: there is the Button missing, which I am shown in the video.

it would be nice, if you have a tip for me.
