Hi, I carried out a small test using the link you provided above. When I click on Visa, I get a list of fields displayed beneath the button. Is this correct?

Yes, that is what is happening now. It should open a pop up with the Pay Pal guest sign in option….only the Amex option seems to work properly.
Hi, can you carry out a plugin/theme troubleshooting steps.
Deactivate all of your other plugins, then carry out a test. If this does not help, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen.
Thank you
I disabled all plugins, changed themes, same issue. No popup when selecting any credit card except American Express.
After playing around with advanced settings in the plugin, I found that when selecting “Horizontal Layout” for button settings, the credit card Logos and PayPal Credit buttons disappear totally with only a simple PayPal Checkout button showing, and everything works just fine. The popup appears with options of using PayPal or a credit card….
If I switch that setting back to Vertical Layout, the issue appears with the credit card logos showing up with PayPal Credit option.
Hi, I am happy to know that you managed to fixed your issue.
If I switch that setting back to Vertical Layout, the issue appears with the credit card logos showing up with PayPal Credit option.
I guess in your site set up the Vertical Layout does not work but the Horizontal Layout does work.
If you don’t need any more help can you mark this support thread as resolved.
Thank you
This still does not solve the issue, but for now this works for me. Changing the layout from vertical to horizontal should not add/remove the actual button display and how they work. This needs to be looked at further to see what happened. It worked perfectly for over 8 months, then it suddenly changed.
Hi, thank you for reporting back.
I have submitted a message to the developers to further investigate this issue.
Kind regards
