# No plugins working

 * Strangest thing. We have muliple blogs set up on our site. On some of these, 
   the plugins work just fine, but on others, it seems that no plugins will work.
   Each blog is pretty much the same, with the same modifications. In fact, we have
   gone through and checked for missing files, and that each file in the blogs where
   the plugins are not working are the same file size as those where they are working.
   We have also checked directory permissions. Examples of one where the plugins

 * I actually have two techs working on this at the moment, and myself as well, 
   and we are getting no where. Any ideas???? HELP!
