# No Plugin tab?

 * No plugin tab?
    I know to most you you this is so basic… I’m a newbie. I design
   websites but have never programmed any code. So all this is like a foreign language
   to me.
 * I have no plugin tab on my admin page. It just has Settings and Users. Where 
   do you get the Plugins tab and all it’s sub-content??

 * Unless you don’t have a complete set of WordPress files uploaded, looks like 
   you might not see that option if the user you are logging is as does not have
   the capability to `activate_plugins`.
