# No Plugin Subpanel

 * I’ve just installed WordPress (through Fantastico). It’s version 2.0.3.
 * There is no subpanel displayed under Plugins. Shouldn’t I see PluginEditor and
   several other options there?
 * Thanks for any help you can offer.
