Support » Plugin: WordPress Online Booking and Scheduling Plugin – Bookly » No plug and play application

  • The documentation is insufficient and the support can be completely forgotten. The support is not really familiar with the program. It takes some time to set it up and implement it. In addition, you can’t avoid buying the PRO solution or one or the other ADD ON.

Hi @michael1999, can you provide the support request ticket number, so we can check this matter? All our support agents are absolute experts in Bookly settings as all of them have been working at Bookly for many years. However, sometimes users don’t have sufficient expertise to use the item or have specific booking scenarios/concerns that we need to fully grasp first.

Hello Bookly, The answers are often references to documents on the Bookly website or to other pages. I understand that you probably have a lot of inquiries that need to be answered as soon as possible. The reference to further information is not necessarily helpful. You have already searched various articles yourself. Your customers aren’t all web programmers. That means we sometimes have very specific problems and the documentation is sometimes very general. It usually boils down to spending more than 3 hours trying and making changes to the php code until the problem was solved. By the way, when the support asks to log in my domain in order to access it directly, I think that’s a bit special. I am not giving anyone access to my web site.

Hello @michael1999, can you provide the number of your request so that we can substantively discuss this matter? We do understand that many scenarios are individual and it’s not always possible to cover all of them in the documentation. That’s why the support team is always ready to assist with the settings and if possible adapt the plugin for a particular purpose. If you don’t want to provide access to your website, you can use services of another developer who will be able to look into your site and make changes to php code.
