I need to see the page where it happens.
On all the tests I made it works fine on Chrome so it can depend on many factors:
OS, Browser version, plugin installed, CSS conflict with your page…
My demo page is working fine on Chrome (tested on OSX 10.6 > 10.9 and Windows xp > 7 > 8).

doesn’t exist.
Please, before posting for issues check yourself what can be the cause of the errors.

I just tested on another computer with chrome – and it worked…
i guess it something local here, but i dont have a guess for it, do you?

but it only doing that on one computer, only chrome.
works on chrome in my phone though…
