No place to enter password

    I know you said “only needs login ID” but that appears not to be the case. I use the login ID (yes, it’s correct) and get “API Connection StatusAPI Connection StatusAuthorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.”

    How do I address this issue?

    Hi @muldari,

    Our USPS Live Rates plugin, requires USPS API access credentials. They are different from USPS account login credentials.

    The USPS User ID is usually a random combination of characters and numbers. Please contact directly USPS to obtain a valid User ID → https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/

    Are you using USPS account login credentials or USPS API login credentials?
