No photos showing on my site

    There are not photos showing on my site. They’re all there in the media library, though they show only as gray boxes, the files themselves are still there. They just don’t appear on the website. Very confused on how to fix this issue. I’ve tried disabling all of my plugins, and that didn’t help. This happened a couple weeks ago, but then after a day or so they came back. Two days later, they were all gone again and have been gone for nearly a week. Help!

    Take a look at one of those files itself by downloading it via ftp or file manager and looking at it from your own PC just to make sure you didn’t have something break your images.

    I see you’re on a proxy cache (ATS/7.12) so my next move would be to flush that thing if the downloaded test image was good. You can’t go by the web server’s rendition as that proxy might be broken and it looks to me like the few images I tried ain’t even there.

    You might need to ask your host for help at this point.
