No permissions — Home page

    Hi,

    When i try to customize and click on settings in the plugins page i get a ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’ message.

    With the following address:
    /wp-admin/plugins.php?page=TCBD_preloader_settings

    Also wondering if it is possible to activate the preload only on the home page?
