No permission to write file – Webserver is owner and chmod 777 !?

    Codestyling Localization Version 1.99.30.

    I got this german message if i open the Localization Tool.

    (Filepermissionproblem – Your WordPress Setup doesnt allow changes of the translation files directly. You would be asked for an FTP Account if needed.

    Permission structure is completly owned by the webserver. (www-data / apache webserver)
    Each directory and file is owned by www-data and the group is www-data, too.
    The permissions of each file or directory is 0777.

    Is there an caching or something else?
    I cant understand why it doesnt works…
    And why the system not asking for an FTP Account? There is a message that the system would ask me if needed!?
