    Hello everyone,
I couldn’t find it in the previous support tickets, so I’m asking directly. I want to use the plugin in German and have translated everything accordingly using LocoTranslate. As with all other plugins on my site, I use the individual directory to protect the translation from updates. Unfortunately it doesn’t work with EventPrime. Every day the .pot file is ignored by the official plugin translation file. What can I do against it?

Furthermore, I have the problem that e.g. Things like the display “xxx tickets feft” cannot be translated. How can I do this permanently without having to change everything in the code again during a plugin update? Thank you for your help!

    Martin

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Our plugin looks for the translated .mo file at a couple of locations:-
    /wp-content/languages/eventprime-event-calendar-management-de_AT.mo
    /path/to/plugin/languages/eventprime-event-calendar-management-de_AT.mo

Regarding the “xxx tickets left” translation issue, we will provide you with a resolution in our upcoming releases.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Ok, thanks for the reply. But my problem ist the permant overwriting of my translation. I hope for the upcoming releases.

Another question: Is it possible to order tickes without registration? I cannot find any settings for this.

    Hello @mart1n,

    Thank you for your patience.

We would like to bring to your attention that keeping the language-translated (.po and .mo) files in a separate folder outside of the plugin’s folder will prevent them from being overwritten by an update.

Regarding booking tickets without registration, you can utilize our “Guest Booking” extension which offers the mentioned functionality and more.

    Always happy to help!
