    Hello @arnaudstratogene

Are you using a third party plugin for email sending throw SMTP server?

    Hi @arnaudstratogene

Just to be sure, you are receiving the emails but just without the attachment is that?

Was it working before any recent action you took?

Yes I receive the mails without the attachment.
I haven’t changed anything on the site.

I just installed the very recent update of your plugin, maybe this will fix the problem … To be continued, as soon as I have a new order!

    Thanks !!

If it still doesn’t work, could you send us a screenshot of your settings under Documents > Invoice? You can upload them to imgbb.com if you need a free service.

    OK thank you!!

We have the same problem. We receive the emails but without pdf attachment.
Our website is in progress. we want to open it next week, we are making the last tests.
It worked a few weeks ago. we didn’t change the settings

We just fixed the problem. Compatibility issue with the plugin “mailpoet” (newletter).
It works when Mailpoet is disabled.

    Hello !!
    Thanks for this information.

But we need both plugins … how do we do that?

    Thank you !

This is covered in the Mailpoet documentation:

    Attachments are not permitted
When sending transactional emails with MailPoet 3 and the active sending method is MailPoet Sending Service, MailPoet does not include attachments in the emails that are sent because of bandwidth concerns and security implications with spam filters.
We recommend to send links to files instead of attaching them to the email. If you need to send attachment for your WooCommerce or, disable this feature in MailPoet.

So the only way to use Mailpoet AND be able to send attachments is to set the Mailpoet setting “Send all site’s emails with” to “The default WordPress sending method“.

    Hello
I am having the same problem and I am not using Mailpoet or any third party plugin for sending emails through an SMTP server

We did what Ewout describe and both plugins work correctly now.
    Thanks Ewout.
