No PayPal Error if Username & Email blank

Hello – Your support team member Ben helped me so quickly yesterday, I thought I’d try once again. I got the form working correctly by disabling a Gallery plugin we were using. I updated the form / settings and had my client test once again.

Well. . . the credit card works just fine from the site (which was the goal), but the Paypal button only works correctly if you have already entered the User name and email, then it tries to open the associated paypal account. Otherwise, it just sends you back to the donation form with no explanation or error messages. This confused my client and will probably confuse our users at times.

Can you write error code for the Paypal button that tells the user they need Name and email filled out? Or can those fields be set to “default fill in” before they press the paypal button?
