    Hello,

    We just installed and setup WooCommerce PayPal Payments and are receiving the below error on our checkout page. We have disabled all other payment methods without change to the error. When hovering over the cart we do see the three options “paypal” “venmo” and “pay later”

    Error:
    Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.

  • I’m having the same experience in a fresh new WordPress install. Woocommerce PayPal Payments are correctly configured, active as the only payment method and connected to the PayPal sandbox account. However on the cart or checkout pages it doesn’t show expected buttons. Only this message:

    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements”.

    Hi @advantagebikecorp,

    I’m not seeing any scripts loading on the linked site (e.g. Mini Cart). To ensure your account is connected correctly, please connect it with the onboarding wizard: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#connect-paypal-account
    If the issue persists after connecting this way, you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    If the problem still persists, could you please share with us a copy of your WooCommerce system report?
