when I understand you right you mean there arent any payment buttons on your order page, right? If so can you please try it with another theme like Storefront. It’s just for testing. Additionally please deactivate all other plugins for testing too. Maybe the theme or another plugin blocks the buttons.

I have storefront theme installed by default.
when order is on pending payment status, There is a button in my-account > orders:
Pay button.
when click on that, Customer redirected to order pay page with button “Pay for your Order”
when click on pay for order button there is no paypal pop up or any thing there.

I just noticed this same problem today. I created an order for a customer from the Admin. When they logged in and clicked on Orders>Pay and chose this payment option, the PayPal buttons do not show up.

If I create a new order from the customer facing front end, I can see the buttons:
https://mywebsite.com/products-page/checkout/
Add items to cart
View Cart
Proceed to Checkout
Select PayPal Payments
PayPal buttons appear.

Hi @procontentxyz,
Currently, it seems that the payment buttons only appear in the order-pay checkout when “Enable on Mini Cart” has been selected. Buttons other than PayPal seem to be displayed only with the Checkout Button Layout set to vertical.
We are still investigating the exact cause for this but will try to include a fix in our next update after the holidays.
