    Check your Statistics->Settings->Exclusions->GeoIP Exclusions settings as well as Statistics->Settings->Externals->GeoIP settings.

    Also have you installed any new plugins or updates at about the same time the problem happened?

    Also check to make sure the GeoIP database downloaded correctly, go to Statistics->Optimization->Resources/Information->File Info.
