no order with this numer

    hi there,

    I prepared manually orders, and when write number in tracking there is :
    “There are no orders with this number”…
    Today when I turned off plugin and next on plugin I prepared one order and its working, but then I prepared 2nd order and is not working…
    Where is probl ? I bought the pro version, also in the cocpit all options in Tracking are not workings cause there is error 404

    Hello @konrad321,

    Could you start by disabling all other plugins but ours and see if that makes a difference?

    If that does not make a difference, could you provide a sample order id and along with screenshots of it’s info? You can use this website to share the images with me.
