No order record from WooCommerce

Hi,
Currently the website is using this Oliver POS plugin (Version 2.4.0.5) and WooCommerce (Version 6.9.4). In the beginning, the website was going well and can receive order from Oliver Pos. However, the website does not receive order from Oliver POS since July until now. Moreover, the Oliver Hub dashboard does have the record.
May I know how to fix it? Hope can hear from you soon.
