    Hi @gestionatuweb ,

    Please take note that the settings does not represent the WordPress backend, you will need to use the free dashboard access as a vendor(/vendor_dashboard/) to do so – https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuDLpnp

    From there, you will be able to check the order details and the items within the orders.

    Thank you very much, I have finally customized the dashboard templates so that the sellers do all the work on the frontend.
