    Hello,

I installed your plugin. Configured the settings. Open the orders page and click the drop down, but don’t see any of your options listed.

I think you are expecting bulk option in dropdown to work with checkboxes? Kindly go inside the individual orders and then check the dropdown right sidebar meta box dropdown, there is split order option for orders.

Bulk split options are available in premium version. You should see a purple color icon in each row for split as well. Everything available works in FREE version but bulk options aren’t available in it.

I’m trying to do a simple combination of two orders a customer submit on different days. Is this not possible with the free version?

Why not, simply select “Default” from automatic settings tab. And try that. In case you need my help to understand this plugin, join me on demo website.

Can I combine orders in the free version? If so, Please show me how to do it? Thanks!

Consolidation is the basic feature, it’s a splitter plugin my friend. Consolidation require multiple selection of items, multiple means involving bulk with checkboxes.

Sir I know this. I’m not stupid.. I’ve selected both orders, and click on drop down but no options like in your video presentations show to consolidate or merge… Are you not understanding ??

It’s not about intelligence or stupidity. I am sorry if i couldn’t explain it well. I try to explain again, the video tutorial which you are watching is about Premium feature consolidation. Bulk options aren’t available in FREE version. Free version is available with split options, it’s a splitter plugin and basic features are available for each order item. Wherever multiple orders action will be involved, we will call it bulk actions.

So in free version to combine two orders, I need to open the actual order and then within that order I can find the consolidate option??

How can you consolidate a single order within it? Consolidation requires multiple select. Split features are basic features which were offered initially in this plugin. In later versions, consolidation and other features added as premium features.

We could have saved a lot of time. You could have just responded. Consolidation or merging is a premium feature.

Consolidation/Merging requires multiple items select which is a bulk item feature. All bulk actions are in premium feature. It was initially told, i am sorry if i couldn’t say that in one line earlier.

“Bulk split options are available in premium version. ”

to me this means splitting… I’m not splitting. I’m merging and consolidating. It’s not about a one line. It’s about conveying information correctly.

Normally we deal split queries here on this forum instead of premium features. That’s why i perceived that you will be looking for split with bulk. Anyways, your point is good but still it’s not encouraging to reply for every answer that this feature, that feature, and whatever you are asking is a premium one. Although FREE version requires a lot of effort to be compatible with other plugins and core WordPress versions.
